2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe: R-Spec Model Revealed

At the 2009 Chicago Auto Show, Hyundai not only announced pricing for its Genesis Coupe, but the Korean automaker also revealed a new trimmed down version of its rear-wheel-drive sportscar called “R-Spec”. The latter is based on the 210HP 2.0-liter Turbo version of the Genesis Coupe and it is designed to appeal to enthusiasts who want a low starting price and the ability to tune their car to their own specifications.

When the Genesis Coupe begins to arrive at Hyundai dealerships later in the month, $22,000 will get you into a fairly well-equipped 210-horsepower, 2.0-liter, turbocharged, four-cylinder engine 2.0T model while $25,000 is the asking price for a base, 306-horsepower, 3.8-liter, V6 engine model. ABT AS5-R Modified Audi S5 with 510HP

The Audi S5-based AS5-R from ABT Sportsline will be making its worldwide debut at next month’s Geneva Show. ABT’s tuning proposal for the most powerful variant of the A5 coupe includes an updated version of the current S5’s 344HP 4.2-liter V8 engine that has been modified to produce an output of 510-horsepower. For the record, Audi is planning to replace the S5 Coupe’s V8 with the recently introduced S5 Cabriolet’s new 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine that develops 333HP.

ABT did not disclose any more information on the car, but aside from the engine-tune up, the AS5-R will also benefit from a new bodykit and larger alloy wheels along with a modified suspension and a more powerful braking system. Continue reading ABT AS5-R Modified Audi S5 with 510HP

Cadillac CTS Coupe Debute Image Form General Motor

Great news finally out from General Motor statement. This Cadillac CTS Coupe which is now in plans for production, the first image has spread out into media. So there will be no more curiosity. This car will be equipped with 3.6-liter V6 engine with direct injection just like sedan that able to run at 263hp to 304hp and also come with four-cylinder gas engines and a dry, dual-clutch transmission as the developing technology. Just like the schedule, Cadillac CTS Coupe production will be started in the Summer of 2010 and ready to distribute in 2012.
